Finn weighed in at a whopping 15 lbs 11 oz (65%) and Crew at 14 lbs 12 oz (46%). I'm so proud of my chubby boys. Finn is 25 inches (53%) and Crew is 25 inches and 1/2 cm (71%)! I'm sure Crewster is so proud of himself for being taller since Finn is heavier. Their heads are both 43 cm around (69%).
Crew at 4 months:
- Loves to blow raspberries.
- Loves to suck on his fingers and hands. We are always catching him trying to fit his entire fist into his mouth
- This is probably TMI, but he tends to hold in his number 2's for a while until one moment they come all at once.... like yesterday. One bath, 3 outfits, and 3 diapers later, we were finally done. We call them his "lava poops."
- He drools a lot, probably because he's always sucking on his hands.
- He's a little harder to get smiles and laughs out of, but when he does his mouth opens so big! I love it.
- Unless I strap him in, he'll lift his butt and squirm all around until I find him like this:
Finn at 4 months:
- He was the first to smile and laugh, and now he does it all the time.
- He can put himself to sleep much more easily than his brother.
- He loves to talk to people and will just goo away to whomever is talking to him.
- He is a flirt! You should see the way he goes off when a girl is holding him.
- Poor Finn probably has to get a helmet... The back of his head is very lopsided. But if he does we'll get him a super cool one! Brian wants it to look like Mr. T. Um....
They love their daddy. He can get them to sleep or laughing like no one else. You'd think they would be really good for me since I'm with them 24/7, feed them, clothe them, play with them and WIPE THEIR BUTTS. ;) Just kidding boys, I love it when daddy comes home too.
Heather, Ruby and I took them to the Rec Center in Bountiful a couple of weeks ago and played in the kiddie pool. Body suits and lots of sunscreen were in order for our fair-skinned babies so they didn't get burned. I think they liked it? They didn't cry or anything but there definitely needs to be another person for 3 kids. I'm excited to take them again!
I'm so proud of my boys. They're just so darn cute! Sometimes I look at them and can't believe there is two of them, but I couldn't imagine just one baby... that's weird! I hope they'll be best friends.
